Yes, we ship everywhere and shipping most often is free.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
We start processing your order immediately after placing it, but we need 3-4 business days to prepare and ship your item. Items are shipped from one of our 3 warehouses located in the USA, UK, and China, Free Shipping Worldwide generally takes about 15-35 working days from the date of shipment. This time-frame may vary depending on the country and package being delivered. To check the status of your order, contact us at email@example.com and we will be more than happy to update you on the progress of your order and the estimated delivery date.
7. I only received a portion of my package. Where are the other items?
We ship from different warehouses using different carriers so some items may arrive earlier than others. Also, some parcels often experience shipping delays while others don't. If you want to know the condition of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
8. What about potential customs duties?
All taxes and fees will be covered by us. If any customs / tax fees are charged for your order, please send us a copy of the invoice so that we can settle the fee.
9. Will this item arrive before _________?
If you plan to gift one of our items as a gift or occasional gift, we do not recommend that you purchase the items during the holiday month. There is a risk that the item will not arrive there on time. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive before deadlines.
10. How can I change or cancel my order?

11. When will my order arrive?
Generally speaking we deliver all orders in 25-40 working days.
There may be occasional delays due to customs clearance processes outside of our control.

13. What is a pre-order item? Can I cancel my pre-order?
A pre-order item is one of the items that you order before we get it in our stock. You can cancel until the time your order is being processed. To cancel, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
14. I have ordered a set available with a pre-order, do they ship separately?
We will ship your order as soon as all items are in stock. If you would like to receive your available item prior to pre-ordering, please email us at email@example.com
15. Will I have to pay any fees and taxes on top of my order?
You will be responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes. This will be due at or after the point of delivery.
Please be aware that we have no control over any duties, customs or taxes levied by the country to which your order is shipped. We cannot tell you the cost as these fees can vary according to the country.
Since these fees are not calculated and are not applied to orders for high-end products, please contact your local customs office for more information if you are unsure of the fees.
16. What if the item I receive is damaged or defective?
We work hard to ensure that all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have concerns about a defective or damaged item, please email us so we can review the matter.
